Fashioned Pinat Colada

A bottled cocktail made at Sambation.

A blend of three rums (Appleton 8 + Doorly’s 5 + Wray & Nephew), cooked with toasted coconut, pineapple, real vanilla and a blend of warm spices, then “washed” through coconut cream to come out clear and full of flavor on the other side.

A playful take on a rum Old Fashioned, with the depth and flavors of the classic Piña Colada in its grown-up, tougher version.

Best served in a low glass: stir over ice for 10–15 seconds and garnish with orange peel.
