Our journey around the world continues, and this time we're heading south to the sun, the sea and the flavours of Southern Italy! A special evening with an Italian-inspired cocktail menu, dishes from the kitchens of Sicily and the south of the boot, and plenty of la dolce vita in true Sambation spirit. Length and Breadth is Sambation's collaboration series with the local producers, farmers and makers behind the flavours, aromas and culinary culture of the land. The series takes its name from the phrase “the length and breadth of the land” (Genesis 13:17). This edition hosts Arava Distillery, who join us in two roles: as producers of fine date-based spirits, and as farmers growing dates in the Arava. For one night, we'll create a special cocktail and food menu built around different varieties of Arava-grown dates, together with the distillery's own spirits.
