"סמבטיון" הוא נהר אגדי שמופיע באגדות חז"ל
ומסופר שמעברו נמצאים עשרת השבטים האבודים של ממלכת ישראל.
יש מי שיראה את הסמבטיון כנקודת הפירוד בין חלקי העם, אבל אנחנו בוחרים לראות אותו דווקא כנקודת החיבור העתידה לבוא, שהרי היא תקרה דרך נהר הסמבטיון.
ועל כן בר הסמבטיון הוא עבורנו מקור החיבור בין אנשים, מפגש בין פסיפס אנושי מגוון ומעניין, חיבור בין חומרי גלם שונים מכל מיני אזורים בארץ, חיבור בין אומנות ותרבות למקום בילוי.
מקום בו אנו שואפים בכל יום לחבר וליצור.

About Sambation
Our story
“Sambation” is a legendary river that appears in the tales of the Sages. Beyond it, the story goes, lie the Ten Lost Tribes of the Kingdom of Israel.
Some see the Sambation as the point where the people were divided. We choose to see it instead as the point of a reunion still to come, for that reunion will happen by way of the Sambation river.
And so, for us, the Sambation bar is a source of connection between people: a meeting of a diverse and fascinating human mosaic, a meeting of ingredients from every corner of the country, a meeting of art and culture with a place to go out.
A place where, every day, we set out to connect and to create.
