Kassit, bottled

A bottled cocktail made at the bar: a blend of Montelobos Espadín mezcal, Campari and Martini Rosso, rested with a house blend of quality coffee beans. The result is a take on the classic Negroni, with smoke, earthiness and lovely layers of coffee.

Stir with ice for 10–15 seconds and pour into a chilled glass without ice.

For the dedicated: a little orange peel oil over the top will elevate the experience.
