Sambation’s signature cocktail since our soft-opening days. Bombay Sapphire gin washed with local olive oil, honey spiced with fresh hyssop, freshly squeezed lemon and Greek yogurt. We finish it with a sprinkle of za’atar blend, for a creamy, tart and Mediterranean cocktail.
